Are CWWLA products dishwasher safe?

No. Please do not place any CWWLA item in the dishwasher. While we love a good, energy efficient dishwasher- they can be quite aggressive & not to mention, hot! Heat & submerging our products in water will compromise your wood piece. Please avoid! Please see our product care blogs to learn how to properly care for your new CWWLA piece.

How are CWWLA products shipped?

All of our items are shipped via our favorite branch of government, the United States Postal Service! We utilize USPS Ground shipping & ship your CWWLA pieces with 100% top-to-bottom environmentally-friendly shipping supplies. I live in LA- are CWWLA pieces available for curbside pickup?

Hello fellow Angeleno, if you’re interested in scheduling a curbside pickup at our shop- please send us a message or email us with the item you are interested in & we will get back to you within 24-48 hours with detailed instructions. Once confirmed, we will only hold items for a maximum of 2 days. Please ensure you’ll be able to pickup your item within that timeframe before sending us a message. We look forward to briefly meeting you!

I’ve just placed an order- when will my CWWLA order arrive?

Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST, excluding holidays. Should your order be placed within our business hours, we typically have a 1-day handling time. Meaning, your item will be packed & picked up by USPS the next business day. We love a quick turnaround & want to get your CWWLA piece to you ASAP. We utilize USPS Ground shipping so you can expect your beautiful item within 1 week’s time. Please consider possible weather-related shipping delays.

I’ve received my CWWLA order but, there is residue on the wrapping paper. What do I do?

Nothing! The residue you see means your CWWLA piece was properly oiled & sealed. And it means your item is ready for use. All of our pieces are sealed with 100% Food-Safe oils & waxes. I’ve received my CWWLA order with the seed paper notecard, what do I do with the notecard?

Plant it! The short of it is that we’d love if you were to plant the notecard in your garden or in a pot. All it needs is a little bit of soil, light, water, love & attention. We’ve created a special wildflower notecard blog for you to learn more about what seeds our notecards contain & how to care for your future wildflowers. Text or email us photos of their progress, we’d love to see the results!

I just saw a cutting board for 99 cents. How do you price your products?

Yikes! Let us first warn you against moving forward in purchasing or using a 99-cent cutting board! Are you sure nontoxic materials were used in its production? Who made it? Is it made of irresponsibly sourced lumber? We have questions! But, we also have answers. We’ve written a special blog titled, our pricing, so you know exactly what factors go into our pricing.

Does CWWLA carry branded apparel?

It’s designed but, not for sale- yet! We’ve created CWWLA branded hats, hoodies, tees, long-sleeves, tanks & even, socks. Right now they are solely for CWWLA staff but, if you are interested in wearing our brand, we’d love to hear from you. Please drop us a note here or dm us on instagram. With enough requests we will drop the merch!
